Senior HR Acquisition Project Managers
This individual should have experience leading the HR work on acquisitions & other corporate transactions (restructurings, divestitures, joint ventures) on the corporate side and at least 10 years of related HR experience. They should have strong interpersonal skills; particularly influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills, using an appropriate balance of assertiveness and diplomacy. They need project management experience and PMP/SPHR/GHR certification is desirable.
HR Acquisition Project Manager
This individual should have experience working on the HR Integration of acquisitions and other corporate transactions such as restructuring, divestiture and joint ventures, on the corporate side and should have at least 5 years of related HR experience. They should have strong, interpersonal communications and project management skills to drive a variety of workstreams to completion within tight timeframes.
International Benefits
This individual must be well versed in statutory and market practice with benefits in both Europe and APAC. We need critical thinkers that can assess and compare two companies to make recommendations.
HR Analyst
The analyst will support project managers on the HR integration of acquisitions. This individual should have strong data management, communication and analytical skills. This role requires the ability to work well in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
Compensation
This individual should have experience in a variety of compensation-related work. In the context of an acquisition, the work we are looking for includes reviewing and providing recommendations around: leveling employees, sales incentive plans, and bonus and retention plan design. Ideally this person also has global experience in Europe and APAC.
